Maya is an artist moved by family dramas set in singular rooms and great lighting.

She has performed roles Off-Broadway, at Paper Mill Playhouse, The Lyric Opera of Chicago, Asolo Repertory Theatre, George Street Playhouse, and Studio Theatre. Most recently, she starred as Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors at PlayMakers Repertory Theatre and was honored with the Louise Lamont Distinguished Guest Artist Award. TV: Mordeo for CryptTV.

A lover of Yiddish, Maya is a founding member of a Yinglish trio called "The Mamales” in 2022. They have been featured in Kveller, The Forward, and perform nationwide. She can also be seen, and featured on Hey Alma, as Karen in Yiddish Mean Girls.

In her down time, she enjoys wandering through antique stores, improvisational cooking, and reading for pleasure.
